Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of GuruApps websites, mobile apps, subscriptions, in-app purchases, advertising-supported features, and related services. By using our products or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GuruApps products or services.
App Store and Platform Terms
GuruApps apps may be distributed through the Apple App Store or other app marketplaces. Your download, purchase, subscription, refund request, cancellation, and use of platform features may also be governed by the applicable app store terms, payment rules, and device settings.
License to Use Our Apps
Subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules, GuruApps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Some GuruApps apps may offer paid subscriptions, free trials, promotional offers, or one-time in-app purchases. The exact title, duration, price, renewal terms, and included features are shown in the app's purchase screen before you confirm a purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date according to the rules of the app store that processed the purchase. Your app store account is charged by the app store, and you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
If a subscription includes a free trial or introductory offer, the app store may charge you when the offer period ends unless you cancel in time. Deleting an app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases made through an app store are handled by that app store. Refund eligibility, timing, and processing are controlled by the applicable app store policies. GuruApps cannot guarantee that a refund request will be approved.
Advertising
Some GuruApps apps may display advertising. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising partners and may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your choices, device settings, applicable law, and partner practices.
User Content
Some apps may allow you to create, edit, import, store, export, or share content. You remain responsible for the content you use with our apps and for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to use it. Do not use our apps to create, upload, store, or share illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse GuruApps products or services. You may not attempt to interfere with security, disrupt service operation, access systems without permission, copy or resell our apps, reverse engineer our apps except where allowed by law, remove legal notices, or use our products in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
GuruApps, our app names, designs, code, text, graphics, logos, and related materials are owned by GuruApps or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any GuruApps intellectual property to you.
Third-Party Services
Our apps may include or interact with third-party services such as app stores, payment processors, advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, cloud services, or platform APIs. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how GuruApps handles information. By using our apps, website, or services, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
GuruApps products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep our apps useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every device or operating system, or that a product will meet every expectation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuruApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of our products or services.
Changes and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any app, feature, subscription, website, or service at any time, subject to applicable law and app store rules. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to GuruApps products or services if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or use our products unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
